Hey fans, some little news updates on upcoming events where you can meet up with a few top people associated with the Simpsons. First off we have for all you Aussies out there an exclusive event by The Comics Mint at 31 Toorak Road, South Yarra, Victoria 3141 Australia. The Comic Mint in conjunction with Twentieth Century Fox is hosting an exclusive animation art signing with the extroadinary voice artist from The Simpsons, Harry Shearer. Harry is the voice of Monty Burns, Waylon Smithers, Ned Flanders, Principal Skinner & many, many others. Harry will be signing special dedications for any Simpsons cels and drawings purchased from The Comic Mint on Saturday, July 19th, 2003 between 11am to 1pm.
For all you Bongo Comics fans, Bongo editor Bill Morrison and writers Batton Lash and Jesse McCann are heading to Comics Unlimited at 16344 Beach Blvd Westminster CA 92683. You'll have the opportunity to talk to the guys, as well as get autographs and sketches, and meet other Bongo fans. The appearance will take place Saturday August 2nd between 3 and 5pm.
