Don't Fear The Roofer
The Wettest Stories Ever Told

A jigsaw puzzle of the couch scene is nearly completed. A hand (which is not yellow but normal skin colour) puts in the final pieces, accidentally putting Homer and Maggie's heads round the wrong way. It is corrected and someone (it sounds like Groening) says "Woohoo!" In the latter episode, Homer's voice is used - he says "D'oh!" after completing the jigsaw incorrectly, and laughs when he corrects it.

The Heartbroke Kid
In addition to the gag listed above, there is a sort of couch gag during the episode. There is a parody of the show's opening credits, with an overweight Bart. When it comes to the couch gag, the rest of the family sit on the couch and wait for Bart. He eventually enters but suffers a heart attack.

The Father, The Son, And The Holy Guest Star
The family are balloons and float onto the couch. The Homer balloon ends upside down; Snowball II swipes at it and it deflates and flies out of the room.

Bonfire of the Manatees
Everyone must walk through a metal detector before sitting on the couch. Bart, Maggie, Lisa and Marge get through alright, but it buzzes when Homer walks through. He takes off his belt and shoes but it still buzzes; the same happens when he is just in his underwear. The security guard takes him aside and uses a hand-scanner on him, which keeps beeping.

The Girl Who Slept Too Little
My Fair Laddy

The living room is made of Plasticine; several balls of Plasticine roll around the room, ending up on the couch. They unfurl into the shapes of the family, but there is a blue character on the right of the sofa; he waves at them.

Milhouse of Sand and Fog
Million Dollar Abie

After everyone sits, a Tivo-style menu appears on screen, with the options "Don't delete" and "Delete this recording now". The latter is chosen.

Marge's Son Poisoning
Marge and Homer Turn a Couple Play

One of the longest couch gags to date! The Simpsons' couch turns into a monster and the family run out of the house. The couch monster follows them, crashing through the wall. Out on the street, everyone else's couches have turned against them. Mrs. Glick's has half-swallowed Hans Moleman and Grampa is being chased by a wooden rocking chair.
Next, the twins Sherri and Terri are sat on a large pick bean bag; it engulfs them. Lou and Eddie are being rocked to and fro inside their patrol car. Professor Frink is being chased by a flying, laser-shooting couch. Moe takes a swig of booze, then pulls out a shotgun and shoots his seating and bar stools from the tavern.
Homer arrives at a store called "Couch World". He sits on a sofa, believing he has outrun the couch monsters, but it turns out he is surrounded by them; they pile on top of him.

See Homer Run
The camera pans out to show that the Simpsons are in a domed cage and on display in an intergalactic zoo; Aliens, who look similar to Kang and Kodos, gather round to look.

Homer's Paternity Coot
The Monkey Suit

A photographer comes in to take a photo, then we see a series of "Family Portraits". 2006 and 2007 are normal; in 2008, Homer is missing and the rest of the family is wearing their funeral clothes; by 2009, Lenny has replaced Homer; in 2010, Carl replaces Marge; in 2011, Marge returns with Jimbo by her side; in 2012, a robotic version of Homer takes his place; and finally in 2013, the all the original Simpson family are robots.

We're On The Road To D'ohwhere
A parody of the opening of Bonanza. A map of Springfield is on-screen; a hole is burnt through it and the family ride from the distance on horseback.
screenshot

The Seemingly Never Ending Story
The couch is on a conveyor belt, and the family minus Homer are sat on it. It pauses while Homer is lowered from above by a robotic claw, then it continues to the right and out of the room.
screenshot
